Welcome to Synergy Pickleball's Return Policy page! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve made our return process as smooth and easy as a perfect pickleball serve. Here’s everything you need to know about returning your Synergy Pickleball products.

Easy Returns within 30 Days

  • Unused Paddles: If you’re not 100% happy with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging. We want your return experience to be as effortless as possible!

Manufacturer Defects or Issues

  • Used Paddles: Did you notice a defect or issue after using your paddle? No worries! We accept returns for used paddles if they have a manufacturer defect or issue. Each case is unique, so please email our Customer Support team at info@synergypickleball.com to discuss your specific situation. We’re here to help and ensure you get the best possible gear!

How to Return Your Paddle

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly Customer Support team at info@synergypickleball.com with your order number and details about the return.
  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the paddle in its original packaging (or a similar box) to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Ship It Back: We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions. Ship the paddle back to us and we’ll take it from there!

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned paddle and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
